基于PVDF压电薄膜的大口径火炮弹底发射装药挤压应力测试方法

         

摘要

Getting compression process of a propellant charge and projectile base compression stress is a basis for launching safety of propellant charge. Based on combustion simulation and a mechanical test equipment of propellant charge in a chamber and a PVDF piezoelectric film, a measuring method using a PVDF compression stress sensor on a propellant charge of projectile base was established here, and the compression stress versus time curves under conditions of natural temperature and lower temperature were obtained using this method, The testing results showed that this method can be used to measure the compression stress of a big area projectile base. The study results provided a new measuring method for study on launching safety of propellant charge.%发射环境下弹底发射装药承受的挤压应力和挤压破碎过程是发射装药发射安全性依据.基于发射装药膛内燃烧与力学环境试验装置和PVDF压电薄膜,建立大口径火炮弹底发射装药挤压应力PVDF传感器测试方法,并首次用该方法试验获得自然温度和低温条件下的某大口径火炮弹底发射装药挤压应力时间历程,试验结果表明,该方法满足大口径火炮大面积弹底压力测试要求,为发射装药发射安全性研究提供新的测试手段.
