舱内爆炸载荷下双层横舱壁设计初探

         

摘要

欧洲各海军强国为了提高舰船的生命力,在舱内采用双层横舱壁结构.对一常规舱段结构双层横舱壁,采用数值仿真的方法对舱内爆炸下的结构响应进行研究.讨论爆炸冲击波在舱室内传播过程、舱壁载荷分布及其结构响应,研究舱内爆炸下双层横舱壁结构的破坏模式.针对其破坏模式,对双层横舱壁的抗爆设计做了初步探讨,提出增加角隅处横舱壁板厚以及在两道舱壁之间添加纵向隔壁的改进设计方案.通过计算分析,认为采用改进方案能有效增加双层横舱壁抗爆性能.%To enhance warship's vitality, the double-bulkhead structure was employed in latest Europe nations' warships. Numerical simulation method was adopted to study the structure response of an ordinary double-bulkhead module under internal explosion. The blast wave propagations in the cabin, the impact loads on the bulkhead and the structural plastic responses were discussed. The double-bulkhead damage pattern under internal explosion was studied. Aiming at the pattern, the anti-explosion design of double-bulkhead was discussed preliminarily and the improved design plan was proposed. The bulkhead corner plate thickness was increased and longitudinal bulkheads were added between two bulkheads. Through the analysis, the improved double-bulkhead design plan could effectively increase the anti-internal-explosion capability.
