混凝土多元非线性干燥收缩计算模型研究

         

摘要

干燥收缩是混凝土早期收缩裂缝产生的重要原因之一,为对自密实混凝土干燥收缩进行有效预测分析,通过考察粉煤灰单掺、粉煤灰与矿渣复掺、胶结料用量、水胶比四大配比参数对干燥收缩的影响规律,对比分析已有的较为广泛应用的混凝土干燥收缩预测模型,得出自密实混凝土多元非线性干燥收缩预测计算公式.该公式经相关性、残差、残差百分比分析验证,其结果计算精度较为理想,表明该模型可对自密实混凝土干燥收缩进行有效预测分析.%In order to predict and analyze the drying shrinkage of self-compacting concrete effectively ,which is one of the important reasons for the early shrinkage of concrete ,through the analysis of the more commonly used ordinary concrete drying shrinkage calculation model ,considering the influence of four factors about single-doped ash ,fly ash and slag re-mixed ,cementitious material consumption ,water cement ratio , the multivariate nonlinear drying shrinkage formula of self-compacting concrete which inherit the reasonable part of the existing model is predicted .After the analysis of three aspects about correlation ,residual ,residual percentage ,it verifies the accuracy of the formula .The results show that the model can effectively predict dry shrinkage of self-compacting concrete .
