常熟水利枢纽泵站水泵机组振动监测研究

         

摘要

The experimental research on the on-line vibration monitoring tor the vertical axial tlow pump units with bi-di- rectional passages is made in Jiangsu Province. Through installing the vibration sensors on the key components of pump, and using the advanced data acquisition and analysis software, the main rotating parts of pump unit could be found out, especially the natural frequency' s vibration values and varying laws of the underwater parts under different working condi- tions. In the daily operation and management of pump, according to the changing condition of characteristic frequency' s vibration value, the fault location could be pinpointed accurately, and the fault size could be determined, at last to adopt timely and effective measures to solve problems.%在江苏省境内对大型双向流道立式轴流泵站机组进行在线振动监测试验研究。通过在水泵关键部件上安装振动传感器,利用先进的数据采集和分析软件,可找出水泵机组主要旋转部件,特别是水下部件在不同工况下固有频率振动值以及变化规律。在日常水泵运行管理中,根据特征频率下的振动值变化情况,可以准确地找出故障位置,判断故障大小,及时采取有效措施解决问题。
