某钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋拼装力学分析

         

摘要

为了研究钢管混凝土拱桥拱肋拼装过程中拱轴线偏差引起的受力性能变化规律,利用大型通用有限元计算软件建立了某钢管混凝土拱桥拱轴线不同偏差的力学计算模型,分析了拱肋轴线在不同偏差时焊缝截面的内力和应力的变化规律,提出了对焊缝截面进行加固的技术措施,并建立了与加固前相对应的计算模型,通过计算及对比分析,提出了该拱桥施工时拱轴线允许偏差的合理范围,将计算结果与现行技术规程进行对比,验证了文中所提的加固方案是可行的。%In order to study the variation of mechanical properties caused by the arch axis deviation during the rib assembly of concrete-filled steel tube arch bridge, the mechanical calculation model is established by using a large general finite element software, and the variation of the internal force and stress in the weld section is analyzed while the arch rib axis is at the different deviation. Based on this, the reinforcement measures for the weld section are proposed, and the corresponding calculation model is established. Through the calculation and comparative analysis, the reasonable deviation of the arch axis during construction is put forward, and then the calculation results are compared with the current technical regulations, verifying that the reinforcement scheme proposed here is feasible.
