In order to understand the nutritional effects of Juglans distraction wood, taking Juglans sigilata as the research object in different producing areas and elevation in Yunnan province, determine the content of functional components, crude protein, crude fat, flavone and amino acids.The result showed that: ( 1 ) The crude fat content of Yangbi walnut was 1.35%to 3.12%, the crude protein content was 1.09%to 2.02%, the flavonoid content was 3.89%to 5.44%, and the content of amino acid was 1%to 3.21%; (2) For all Juglans sigilatat distraction wood, the membership function of functional components at 2300m in the wood distracted the largest value was 0.6328 , and the membership function of functional components at 1734 m in the minimum distraction wood was 0.0169 .%为了解核桃分心木的营养功效,以云南省不同产地和海拔的漾濞泡核桃分心木为研究对象,对其功能成分粗蛋白、 粗脂肪、 黄酮和氨基酸含量进行测定,并利用模糊隶属函数分析法对其进行综合评价,结果表明,(1)漾濞泡核桃分心木中粗脂肪含量为1.35%-3.12%,粗蛋白含量为1.09%-2.02%,黄酮含量为3.89%-5.44%,氨基酸含量为1.00%-3.21%;(2)所有漾濞泡核桃中,以海拔2300m的分心木中的功能性成分的隶属函数值最大,为0.6328,综合评价最佳,海拔1734m的分心木中的功能性成分的隶属函数值最小,为0.0169,综合评价最差.
