新一轮体育与健康课程改革对中小学体育师资队伍建设提出了更高的要求,以胜任特征理论为基础,采用专家访谈法、问卷调查法构建了中小学体育教师招聘五因素模型。研究结论:基于胜任特征的中小学体育教师招聘五因素模型的适配性得到验证,模型由5个因素20个因子组成;中小学体育教师的招聘应该从职业道德、专业素养、绩效导向、组织适应、学生观念5个方面对应聘者进行全面的考核和测评。%The new reform of sports and health courses has put on higher requirements for primary and elementary school P .E .Teachers .The authors of this paper built a five -factor plus twenty -index competence model for recruitment of the teachers through expert interviews and questionnaires .The teachers should be evaluated from professional ethics ,profes-sional competence ,performance orientation ,organization adaptability and attitudes toward the students .
