含水量是谷物干燥品质的重要指标,在干燥过程中,在线检测谷物含水率是谷物干燥的重要步骤.采用圆筒电容式水分传感器,提出了一种快速定标方法.对三组样品进行定标的实验结果表明:当样品水分在12% -25% 时,实测值与理论值的误差较小,说明该定标法具有理论分析与实际应用价值.而实测电容值存在的滞后现象,可通过提高检测样品的束缚水量和空隙率的初值精度,并在实际应用中不断校正.%Moisture content is an important quality index in grain drying.It is an important step for detec-ting the moisture content in grain drying process.A rapid calibration method was proposed by using a cy-lindrical capacitive moisture sensor.Three sets of samples were calibrated and the experimental results showed that when the sample moisture was 12% -25%,the error value between measured and theoretical was small,which indicated that the calibration method has value of theoretical analysis and practical appli-cation.T he hysteresis phenomenon of measured capacitance value can be improved by increasing the initial value of bound water and void fraction of samples,and correcting itself in practical applications.
