As the "national team" of basic research, State Key Laboratory's independent innovation capacity is the key. Survey from related experts has been conducted about assessment indexes of State Key Laboratory's independent innovation capacity and 108 valid questionnaires have been received. Analysis about these questionnaire showed that this set of assessment system could basically reflect State Key Laboratory's independent innovation capacity accurately and provide scientific advising for State Key Laboratory to further enhance its independent innovation capacity.%作为基础研究的“国家队”，国家重点实验室自主创新能力的强弱是关键。对国家重点实验室自主创新能力评价指标的设置问题进行了相关专家的问卷调查，收回有效问卷108份。问卷分析结果表明，该套评价指标体系能够基本正确反映国家重点实验室自主创新能力，并为国家重点实验室进一步提高自主创新能力提供了科学指引。
