孔穴圆柱齿轮有限元建模与动态激励响应分析

         

摘要

为降低船舶齿轮箱的噪声,综合考虑轮齿动态激励的影响,针对圆柱齿轮传动的特点,给出一种简便而准确的建模方法,实现了齿轮三维有限元网格的自动生成.根据牛顿力学定律,推导出相应的动力学微分方程,得到齿轮系统的振动响应和动态特性.%In order to reduce the noise of ship gearbox, considering the dynamic excitation of the tooth and the spur gear transmission, it presents a simple and accurate modeling method to automatically generate three-dimensional finite element mesh of gear. According to Newton's laws of mechanics, the dynamic differential equations is derived and the gear system vibration response and dynamic characteristics are obtained, which provide the basis for the design of cylindrical cavity gears.
