经济崛起和“走出去”发展战略促使中国企业的海外并购热情持续高涨，但反对国际经济政治化的鲜明立场严重影响了中国企业的全球布局，更加影响到了中国的外交进程。从现实主义的理论视角看，外交理念服从于外交实践和国家利益是考虑调整中国对国际经济政治化立场的依据。国际经济政治化现象的产生有其历史必然性，在具备相应的现实依据和理论依据的前提下，中国在国际经济政治化问题上立场的转变不但顺应了历史发展潮流，而且对中国的外交政策具有理论指导意义。%Because of economic boom and“Going Out”Strategy, the enthusiasm of overseas merger and acquisi-tion of Chinese enterprises has been high for several yeas. However, the sharp opposition of the politicalization of in-ternational economy brings serious impacts on the global distribution of Chinese enterprises, and more impacts on China’s diplomatic process. Based on the theoretical perspective of realism, this paper argues that that diplomatic philosophy should be subordinated to diplomatic practice and national interests is the basis of the adjustment of the position shift of China’s politicalization of international economy. The appearance of the phenomenon of politicaliza-tion of international economy has its historical inevitability. In the precondition for realistic basis and theoretical basis of the corresponding, China changes its position on this issue of politicalization of international economy not only con-forms to the trend of historical development, but also has theoretical guidance for China’s foreign policy.
