目的 研究EZH2 (enhancer of zeste homolog 2,EZH2)基因在宫颈癌组织中的表达及其意义.方法 采用RT-PCR方法检测20例正常宫颈组织和60例宫颈癌组织中EZH2 mRNA的表达情况,并结合临床资料分析其与宫颈癌各临床病理特征的相关性.结果 EZH2 mRNA在宫颈癌组织中的表达高于正常宫颈组织(0.86±0.17vs.0.06±0.02,P＜0.01),EZH2 mRNA表达与患者年龄及肿瘤大小无明显相关性(P＞0.05),而与肿瘤细胞分化、临床分期、浸润深度及淋巴结转移密切相关(P＜0.05).结论 EZH2基因表达增强与宫颈癌恶性生长及不良预后有关.%Objective To study the expression of enhancer of zeste homolog 2 (EZH2) gene in cervical cancer and its significance. Methods The expression of EZH2 mRNA was detected by RT-PCR in 20 samples of normal cervical tissues and 60 samples of cervical cancer tissues, and the relationship between EZH2 expression and the clinico-pathological features of cervical cancer was analyzed. Results EZH2 mRNA had a higher expression in cervical cancer than in normal tissues (0.86±0.17 vs. 0.06±0.02, P＜0.01). Furthermore, the condition of EZH2 expression was correlated with pathological grade, clinical stage, muscular invasion depth and lymph node metastasis of cervical cancer (P＜0.05), but not with patients' age or tumor size (P>0.05). Conclusion Increased expression of EZH2 gene might play an important role in malignant growth and be related to poor prognosis of cervical cancer.
