基于气压计法的昌恒煤矿通风系统阻力测定及分析

         

摘要

To master the stability and relevant parameters about the resistance of Shanxi Changheng Coal char limited company's ventilation system,according to the actual situation of the underground ventilation system,we use the air gauge method to determine four routes (1 main and 3 auxiliary) of ventilation system and ventilation parameters point-by-point and fully and accurately grasp the distribution of the mine ventilation resistance,before new mine reconstruction going into operation.Then we synthetically analyses the results.At last,we can draw some conclusions:the total resistance of ventilation system is 493.3 Pa;the resistance distribution of air inlet section,air usage section and air return section is reasonable and ventilation resistance is mainly concentrated in the air usage section;the air quantity can meet the practical requirement of production;the results provide the theoretical basis for the adjustment and optimization of the ventilation system in the future and the references for other mine optimization of ventilation system with similar ventilation conditions.%为掌握山西岚县昌恒煤焦有限公司新改扩建矿井投产前矿井通风系统的稳定性及相关参数,根据昌恒煤矿井下通风系统的实际情况,采用气压计逐点测定法,对通风系统中4条(1主3辅)测定路线逐点测定通风参数,全面、准确地掌握了全矿井通风阻力分布情况.结果表明:昌恒煤矿通风系统的总阻力为493.3 Pa,进风段、用风段、回风段阻力分布比合理,通风阻力主要集中在用风段,风量能够满足矿井日常生产的实际需要.该研究成果为日后通风系统的调整和优化提供了理论基础保证,其研究方法为其他相似矿井通风系统的技术管理提供了参考和借鉴.
