行政监察制度是当代中国政治体制的基本内容，进一步完善我国行政监察制度具有重大的现实意义。当前我国行政监察制度内容还需完善、行政监察效能还需增强、行政监察人员队伍需要优化等现实问题。对此，应该加快建设行政监察法规体系，完善行政监察的制度内容；依法扩大行政监察职权，有效提升监察效能；提高监察人员素质，优化监察队伍。%The administrative supervision system is the basic component of China's contemporary political system, its perfection is of great realistic significance. Currently, the following problems still remain unsolved the per- fection of China's administrative supervision system, the reinforcement of its efficacy and the optimization of its staff, to name just a few. Accordingly, suggestions are made as follows: to speed up the construction of administra- tive supervision legal system for perfecting its contents; to expand its power in a legal way for enhancing its effica- cy; and to improve the staff's quality for optimizing the supervisory team.
