以数字技术CimatronE为工具,应用注塑模具设计理论和方法,以拉把塑件为例介绍模具设计中的型腔布局、分型面创建、成型零件设计、侧抽芯机构设计等数字化设计技术.通过对设计过程中出现的问题进行讨论,引导模具制造业采用现代设计技术,从而缩短新产品开发周期,降低生产成本,提高产品质量.%Based on the digital technology and the theories and methods of injection mold design, the critical technologies of digital die design such as allocation of cavity, confirmed parting surface, the cavity/core design and the side core-pulling mechanism were introduced with CimatronE. Moreover, the problems existing in the mold design were discussed. It contributes to shortening the module development cycle, reducing the cost of products and improving product quality.
