At present, some folk sports cultures are endangered under the influence of various social reasons. The work of digging-up and sorting-out are important to develop folk sports culture. By using the methods of literature, field survey, interview and so on, this paper elaborated the urgency of digging-up and sorting-out of folk sports culture in Shaanxi, and specified the task as working on the project classification, the value characteristics and the cultural connotations. The overall design of digging up and sorting out folk sports culture resources is also put forward including establishment of leadership, combination with school sports, combination with traditional festivals and combination with nation-wide fitness program.%目前一些民间体育文化受社会诸多原因的影响处于濒危的边缘，发掘与整理是民间体育文化发展的重要途径，运用文献资料法、田野调查法、访谈法等方法，阐述了陕西省民间体育文化发掘与整理的迫切性，提出对民间体育文化发掘与整理的内容为项目分类整理、价值特征整理、文化内涵整理，并提出民间体育文化资源发掘与整理的思路：建立领导机构、与学校体育结合、与传统节日结合、与全民健身结合。
