The paper tries to study how to improve the oral communication of pupils in primary school .It puts forward that four stages should be followed so as to help students learn to speak .They are: "want to speak stage", "dare to speak stage"and "enjoy speaking stage"as well as "good at speaking stage".% 文章就小学生“说话难”的问题进行了初步的分析和研究，并归结出让学生“开口”的四个步骤，即想说、敢说、爱说、会说，以此加强学生的说话训练，提高学生的口语交际能力。
