Objective To investigate the satisfaction degree of the elder people in ‘Medical-nusing Combined’ Care Institution in Shihezi city.Methods This investigation adopts the general survey approach and multiple linear regression approach to analyze satisfaction degree.Results The score of satisfaction survey of the elder people for all services conducted by ‘Medical-nusing Combined’ Care Institution was (67.5 ± 5.72).The satisfaction degree is relatively high.The item with scores from high to low is respectively medical care and spiritual (20.45-±-0.45),environment (17.20±7.20),daily life (16.801y li) and psychological (12.60sycho) satisfaction degree.Conclusion The satisfaction degree of all services conducted by ‘Medical-nusing Combined’ Care Institution is relatively high,the deepening of medical care service improves the elder peopleen health level.But the overall service level remains rather low and improvement should be made in infrastructure,management concepts,human resource allocation and service contents.%目的 调查了解石河子市“医养结合”型养老机构入住老年人对机构开展各项服务的满意度状况.方法 采用普查对石河子市两家“医养结合”型养老机构的全部238名入住老年人进行问卷调查,并采用多重线性回归分析综合满意度数据.结果 “医养结合”型养老机构入住老年人对机构提供的各项服务满意度得分为(67.5±5.72)分,满意度达到较高水平,得分由高到低依次为医疗护理(20.45±3.98)分、环境(17.20±0.48)分、日常生活(16.80±0.64)分和精神心理(12.60±0.62)分.结论 入住老年人对“医养结合”型养老机构开展的各项服务满意度均较高,医疗护理服务的深化,提升了老年人生命健康水平.但总体服务水平偏低,在基础设施、管理理念、人力资源配备、服务内容方面还有待改进.
