目的：探讨新西兰兔制作脊柱结核模型的术后护理，为提高动物的生存率和脊柱结核模型的成模率提供指导。方法选取120只新西兰大白兔制作脊柱结核模型，采用 X 线、病理及结核菌鉴定成模动物，并观察模型动物的临床表现，针对模型动物截瘫、下颌淋巴结肿大、椎旁脓肿及无临床不良表现的动物采取相应的护理措施。结果120只健康新西兰大白兔制作脊柱结核模型，2个月成模75只，死亡15只，成模率为71．43％，针对不同临床表现给予的护理措施效果良好。结论术后护理能够提高动物的生存质量以及脊柱结核模型的制模率。%Objective To explore the nursing of spinal tuberculosis model in New Zealand rabbits,and pro-vide guidance for improving animals survival and success rate in spinal tuberculosis model.Methods 120 New Zealand rabbits was made of spinal tuberculosis model,and identified by X-ray examination,patho-logical examination and mycobacterium tuberculosis examination.The clinical manifestations of the animal model was observed and given the nursing measures based on the clinical manifestation.Results In two months,71.43% (75/120)New Zealand rabbits was successfully made of spinal tuberculosis model,and 15 rabbits died.The nursing measures for the various clinical manifestation was good for the success rate of establishment of spinal tuberculosis model.Conclusion Detailed nursing plan could improve the animal′s survival quality and success rate of spinal tuberculosis model.
