提升高校思想政治教育主体亲和力探析

         

摘要

主体亲和力是高校思想政治教育亲和力得以提升的关键环节,极大地影响着高校思想政治教育的实效性.提升高校思想政治教育主体的亲和力可遵循主体间性理论,秉持以人为本、科学性、主观能动性的原则,一方面提升教育者主体的亲和理念、亲和能力、亲和行为,另一方面培养受教育者主体的亲和力来共同提高思想政治教育的实效性.%The affinity of the subject is the key link in the promotion of the affinity of ideological and political education in colleges, which greatly affects the effectiveness of ideological and political education. To enhance the subject affinity of the ideological and political education can follow the theory of inter-subjectivity, uphold the people-oriented, scientific, subjective initiative principle. On the one hand, we can enhance the students' affinity concept, affinity ability and affinity behavior. On the other hand, the educated subject affinity can improve the effectiveness of ideological and political education.
