为了明确第三套三级健美操对女大学生的BMI和WHR指标的影响,以20名三明学院2009级公体选修班的女学生作为对象,采用连续4个月,每周3次的第三套三级大众健美操的锻炼,并比较其BMI和WHR的变化。实验结果表明:BMI和WHR明显向有利方向变化,这套健美操能有效塑造体型,预防肥胖。%In order to know the he influence of third set of 3-grade calisthenics on BMI and WHR index of girl students,we took 20 girl students of 2009 grade of Sanming College who took part in optional public physical class as the research object and asked them to do the exercise of third set of popular calisthenics three times a week for 4 months on end.After 4 months,we compared the change of BMI and WHR index.The result showed that BMI and WHR positively changed and this set of calisthenics can effectively build body and prevent fatness.
