针对承担线下配送任务的第三方快递公司和电商自营配送系统的宅配服务效率与质量不能满足消费者要求这一问题，分析了制约快递社区末端共同配送模式发展的因素，界定了快递社区末端共同配送模式的内涵，构建了采用基于公共配送点的快递社区末端共同配送模式的运作主体、运作流程和收派系统。该配送模式能提高终端配送的作业效率和效益，推进快递宅配的信息标准化、运作区域化和服务集中化进程。%In order to solve the issue that the delivery service of the third party courier company and the self‐distribution system of electricity supplier cannot meet the requirements of consumers ,this paper ana‐lyzed the factors restricted the development of joint distribution model of community terminal express ,de‐fined its connotation and constructed its operational body and process as well as its collection and delivery system .It is crucial important on only in improving the operational efficiency and benefits of terminal dis‐tribution but also in promoting the information standardization ,operation regionalization ,and service cen‐tralization of express delivery .
