基于WinCE的智能网络视频监控系统设计

         

摘要

针对市面上常见的只能实现视频监控的网络摄像机,文章提出了复杂环境下运动目标检测与跟踪的改进算法,并将其集成到摄像机中实现云台控制.在无人干涉时,系统自动分析并提取敏感信息,若检测到入侵目标,则实时向监控人员报警.该系统采用最新的Silverlight技术构建应用程序,实现了UI开发与设备开发的迭代,从而大大加快了设备的开发速度.%With regard to the network camera which can only achieve Video Monitoring commonly seen on the market and the complex environment,this paper puts forward an improved algorithm of the moving target detection and tracking,and integrates into the camera,realizing PTZ control.With no interference,the system automatically analyzes and extracts the sensitive information.Once the moving target detected,it will alarm the monitoring officer in real-time.The system was built with the latest silverlight technology,realizing the alternation of the UI development and device development,thus the development speed of the device was greatly sped up.
