传统的水资源管理系统是基于C/S架构方式构建的,适用人群范围较小且系统维护成本较高,不能满足当今GIS大众化、互操作与分布式的发展趋势.而随着Web技术的发展,WebGIS成为GIS发展的主流.将水源保护区管理系统构建于B/S架构之上,既减轻了客户端负载,又能实现多用户的并发访问,为加强对水源地保护区的宣传提供了方便.本文基于RIA技术之一的Silverlight构建了WebGIS系统客户端,较之前构建于HTML页面之上的WebGIS有更好的用户体验和更快的响应速度,通过ArcGIS API for Silverlight调用ArcGIS Server发布的GIS Web服务,最终实现了水源保护区管理信息系统的开发,系统实现了界址点、污染源、保护区管理的信息化和网络化,不仅为环保部门对水源保护区的有效管理提供了方便,也为企业的选址提供了辅助支持.%The traditional water resource management system is buih based on the C/S architecture,which is suitable for people with small scale and high maintenance cost,which cannot meet the development trend of GIS popularization,interoperability and distributed.And with the development of web technology,WebGIS has become the mainstream of the development of GIS,The water source protection area management system is built on the B/S architecture,which not only reduces the load of the client,but also can realize the concurrent access of multiple users,which provides convenience for strengthening the propaganda of the water source protection area,this paper based on RIA technology of Silverlight construct WebGIS client,compared to the previous structure built in HTML pages on the WebGIS has better user experience and faster response speed,The ArcGIS API for Silverlight called ArcGIS Server release of GIS Web services,and ultimately carry out the development of water source protection area management information system,the system can realize the boundary points,pollution source,protected area management information and network,not only to effective management of the environmental protection department of water resource protection zone provides a convenient,also provides support of making decision for the location of the enterprise.
