The coexistence of opportunities and challen- ges has made China enter ＂a crayon of strategic opportunities＂ with ＂traps＂. In order to take full advantage of the period, the foreign policy of China should be adjusted accordingly, from ＂keeping a low profile and taking a proactive role when feasible＂ to ＂adhering to peaceful development＂~ from ＂doing something＂ to ＂doing something actively＂~ from ＂never being the leader＂ to ＂undertaking international liability＂.
