目的:探讨优质护理应用于血透室的护理质量与护理满意度中的临床效果.方法:选取我院2017年1月～12月入住的已经完成血液净化处理的76名患者为研究对象, 按照随机分配原则, 将患者平均分为两组, 即对照组和观察组.其中对照组实施常规护理, 观察组实施优质护理.结果:观察组的护理质量评分明显好于对照组 (P <0. 05) ;观察组、对照组患者护理满意度分别为97％、79％, 观察组明显高于对照组 (P <0. 05) .结论:血透室实施优质护理, 护理质量和护理满意度均得到显著提升, 值得临床推广应用.%Objective: To explore the clinical effect of quality nursing in the quality of nursing and satisfaction of hemodialysis room. Methods: Seventy-six patients who had completed blood purification treatment from January to December 2017 in our hospital were selected as subjects. According to the principle of randomization, patients were divided into two groups, the control group and the observation group. The control group was given routine care and the observation group was given quality care. Results: The nursing quality score of the observation group was significantly better than that of the control group (P < 0. 05) . The nursing satisfaction of the observation group and the control group were 97％ and 79％, respectively. The observation group was significantly higher than the control group (P < 0. 05) . Conclusion: The implementation of quality nursing in the hemodialysis room has significantly improved the quality of care and satisfaction of nursing, which is worthy of clinical application.
