The bibliometric results show that the research of comparative law in China not only has been under the influence of comparative law in Western countries,but also has developed its own features with Chinese characteristics in terms of its objects and method as well as research objectives.Those features have played an important role in the study of the procuratorial system in China.The development of procuratorial research has also correspondingly provided research materials and domains for the transformation in the paradigm of comparative law,especially for the research of the procuratorial mechanism and procuratorial supervision in the current judicial reform.%文献计量结果表明,我国比较法学研究现状既受到西方比较法学发展的影响,又在比较对象、研究目标、研究领域以及比较方法等方面显示出本土化的特点.这些特点对我国检察学研究产生了重要的影响,而检察学研究的兴盛也能为比较法学范式转型提供素材和场域.在当前司法改革中不断发展和创新的检察制度,为比较法学与检察学在完善检察权运行机制、检察监督职能以及配套制度等方面提供了协同发展的广袤空间.
