Using literature study, expert interview, questionnaire method, analysed advantages and restricting factors of rural sports tourism resources in Ningde city, provide a reference basis for the development of rural sports tourism industry in Ningde city. The main conclusions are: the development of rural sports tourism resources in Ningde city is mainly in the forest resources, coastal resources, and cultural resources of the three categories. The main factors that affect the development of rural sports tourism resources in Ningde City are: the homogenization of rural tourism products, the weak industry foundation, the lack of basic facilities, the lack of overall planning, the lack of ecological and environmental protection. Suggestion: improve the investment policy; insist on the development and protection of resources; improve the level of planning.%运用文献资料法、问卷调查法、专家访谈法等方法，对宁德市乡村体育旅游资源开发的优势、影响因素进行分析，为宁德市乡村体育旅游产业开发提供可参考之依据。主要结论：宁德市乡村体育旅游资源的开发以山林资源、滨海资源、文化资源三类为主。影响宁德市乡村体育旅游资源开发的因素主要是：乡村旅游产品的同质化；产业基础薄弱，基础设施的不健全；缺乏统筹规划；生态环境保护乏力。建议：完善投资政策；坚持资源开发与保护并举；提升规划水平。
