Learner autonomy has been generally recognized as the uhirnate goal of education in the past few decades. Vocational college (VC) students have relatively poor time management, weak learning motivation and improper learning strategies, which are far from the goal of VC education to cultivate qualified technical talents. Thus it's an especially urgent and important task for VC teachers to foster their students" learner autonomy (LA). This thesis intends to explore an effective model to foster LA of non-English majors in vocational colleges from the angle of systematic recta-cognitive strategy training.%自主学习被广泛认为是教育的最终目标。高职学生的学习动机、学习方法和时间管理等方面与高技能应用型人才培养目标之间距离较大,因此培养高职学生学习自主性就尤其成为高职教师迫切而重要的任务。本文试图通过外语课堂中系统的元认知策略培训进行一种新的英语教学模式的实践,希望可以为探索高效教学、提高高职学生学习自主性的目标提供有益的尝试和借鉴。
