Objective] To observe the clinical effect of self-made Kening Decoction nursing to SLE mouth mucosal injury. [Method] Select 70 cases of recurrent SLE mouth mucosal injury of the same basic therapy, randomly divide them into experimental and control groups, the experimental one take Kening Decoction for early mouth nursing, the control one, take routine gargling liquid for regular mouth cleaning under individual habit; take mouth health evaluation table for values and comparison with unhealthy mouth. [Result] By comparison of two groups, there ’s difference without statistical meaning at first day, but there’re differences of statistical meaning at 3rd d, 7th d, 10th d and 15th d, the experimental group had more marked effect than control one. [Conclusion] To clinically use self-made Kening Decoction for mouth nursing to SLE mouth mucosal injury can obviously reduce SLE patients’values of unhealthy mouth, and prevent SLE mouth mucosal injury.%[目的]观察自制可宁汤针对SLE口腔黏膜损伤口腔护理的临床疗效研究。[方法]选择基础治疗方案相同，反复发作口腔黏膜损伤70例SLE，随机分实验组和对照组，实验组给予自制可宁汤进行早期口腔护理，对照组常规按个人习惯进行日常口腔清洁，使用常规漱口液。采用口腔健康评估表进行分值及口腔黏膜不健康情况比较。[结果]实验组与对照组相比，在初始日时，两组差异无统计学意义（P＞0．05）；在访视第3d、第7d、第10d、第15d中，实验组的疗效要明显优于对照组，差异具有统计学意义（P<0．01）。[结论]临床应用自制可宁汤对SLE口腔黏膜损伤的患者进行口腔护理，可以明显降低SLE患者口腔不健康的分值，可以防治SLE口腔黏膜损伤。
