[Objective]To observe the impact on clinical efficacy of Chinese medicine yinpian processing method. [Methods] According to admission order of conforming to the standard,76 patients were divided into observation group and control group, control group was 38 cases, and took ordinary Chinese medicine yinpian treatment without processing. Observation group was 38 cases, and used Chinese medicine yinpian treatment with processing. [Results] In 23 cases of clinical observation group in clinical control, the clinical control rate was 60.53%, markedly effective rate was 81.58%, total effective rate was 100%. 9 cases of control group in clinical control, clinical control rate was 23.68%, markedly effective rate was 47.36%, total effective rate was 78.95%. To compare the two groups, the differences of clinical control and markedly effective rate had very significant differences, the differences of total effective rate had significant meaning. The incidence of adverse reactions rate of observation group was 7.89%, control group was 52.63%. [Conclusion] Processing has a great influence on the curative effect of Chinese medicine, the reasonable processing can improve the clinical curative effect and ensure drug safety, and unreasonable processing can reduce the clinical curative effect, and even cause serious adverse reactions.% [目的]观察合理炮制的中药饮片对慢性阻塞性肺疾病急性发作期（Acute exacerbation of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease，AECOPD）临床疗效的影响。[方法]按入院顺序将符合标准的76例患者分为观察组和对照组，各38例。两组患者均在常规西医治疗基础上加用宣肺祛痰，通阳宽胸的中药，以瓜蒌薤白半夏汤合三拗汤为主方加减。对照组除半夏外，均使用仅经过普通切片而未经特殊炮制的中药饮片；观察组基本使用不同方法炮制过的中药饮片治疗。治疗7d后观察患者临床症状体征和客观检查指标改变情况。[结果]观察组临床控制率60.53%，愈显率81.58%，总有效率100%。对照组临床控制率23.68%，愈显率47.36%，总有效率78.95%。两组比较，临床控制率和愈显率差异均有显著性统计学意义（P＜0.01），总有效率差异有统计学意义（P＜0.05）。观察组不良反应发生率为7.89%，对照组为52.63%。[结论]炮制对中药的临床疗效具有极大影响，合理的炮制可提高临床疗效，确保用药安全。
