[目的]观察自拟颈康止痛散治疗颈型颈椎病的有效性和安全性。[方法]将纳入试验的颈型颈椎病患者随机分配到治疗组和对照组，治疗组给予口服颈康止痛散治疗，对照组口服扶他林胶囊和妙纳。治疗10d后观察两组患者总有效率、疼痛强度评分及临床不良事件发生率，评价自拟颈康止痛散的疗效及安全性。[结果]本次试验共纳入患者69例。治疗后治疗组与对照组比较，总有效率两组无统计学差异（P>0.05），在疼痛强度评分降低幅度方面，组间也未存在统计学差异（P>0.05）。但临床不良事件发生率中药组较小，明显优于对照组（P<0.05）。[结论]颈康止痛散在改善颈型颈椎病疼痛方面可达到与西药一样的疗效，但安全性更高，值得临床推广使用。% [Objective]To observe the clinical effect of Jingkangzhitong Decoction on treating cervical type cervical spondylopathy disease(CTCS).[Methods] 69 CTCS patients were randomly divided into two groups.One group accepted the treatment of Jingkangzhitong Decoction,and the other group accepted Voltaren and Myonal tablets.Final y measured effective rates, pain intensity scores and safety after treatment.[Results] Effective rate and pain intensity scores had no significant differences between the two groups .But in the rate of adverse events, treatment group was better than other one. [Conclusion] Jingkangzhitong Decoction can al eviate the pain symptom of CTCS patients,and improve their living qualities.
