[Objective]To summarize the regulatory T cel s in the tumor immune escape function, research progress of traditional Chinese medicine in the relevant aspects, to guide clinical treatment.[Methods] A retrospective review of the relevant literature, sorting, inductive cognition, development and func-tion of regulatory T cel s, and in recent years, traditional Chinese medicine research progress in this regard.[Results] The regulatory T cells with its unique immunosuppressive effect, play an important role in tumor immune escape, effect of antitumor immune response, development and prognosis of tumor. Traditional Chinese medicine can effectively adjust the regulatory T cel s in the body, and provide new ideas for tumor immunotherapy.[Conclusion] Tra-ditional Chinese medicine has certain effects on the regulatory T cells, improving immune tolerance state, the reversal phenomenon of immune escape.% [目的]总结归纳调节性T细胞在肿瘤免疫逃逸中的作用，探讨中医药在其相关方面研究进展，进一步指导临床治疗。[方法]回顾复习相关文献，整理、归纳对调节性T细胞的认识、发展和作用，以及近年来中医药在此方面的研究进展。[结果]调节性T细胞以其独特的免疫抑制作用，在肿瘤的免疫逃逸中扮演着重要的角色，影响机体的抗肿瘤免疫应答，肿瘤的发生发展及转归。中医药能够有效调节机体内调节性T细胞，为肿瘤免疫治疗提供新思路。[结论]中医药对机体调节性T细胞具有一定的调节作用，改善机体免疫耐受状态，逆转免疫逃逸现象。
