椎间盘源性颈痛(Cervical Discogenic Pain,CDP)以颈、肩、枕、臂部慢性疼痛为特征,或伴有颈部活动受限、臂部感觉异常,并向头、颈、肩及上臂放射,常伴有麻木,但无沿皮节分布的运动、感觉神经障碍,影像学检查可见明显颈椎间盘退变表现.CDP发生率约为5%~10%[1],其发病机制尚不完全清楚,近年来椎间盘源性颈痛的治疗尚没有肯定的结论,现将近10年来椎间盘源性颈痛的治疗进展综述如下.%CDP is featured with chronic pain in neck, shoulder, pulvinar and arm, or accompanied with neck limited movement, abnormal arm sensation, and radiating to head, neck, arm and upper arm, often numb, but without hindrance to movement and sensitive nerve distributed along the dermatomere, the iconographic test shows marked cervical discogenic regression. In occurrence rate is 5%~10%, with unknown mechanism; there's also no definite conclusion on its treatment. Now it reviews its treatment for recent 10 years.
