[目的]探讨延缓慢性原发性肾脏病的进展及改善该病预后的原理方法.[方法]对2007年1月至2010年6月129例慢性肾病患者进行中医证候分析分型,针对各证型给予不同方药进行治疗,进行中医证候积分、尿蛋白、肾功能等指标检测并予治疗后对比分析.[结果]治疗24周后,证候积分值有所下降,肾功能明显改善；93个证候经治疗后缓解,但单一证候有新增.[结论]治疗慢性肾病应遵循“审证求因”、“谨守病机,各司其属”的原则,分清主次、因果关系,处方用药求方证相对,对于延缓肾病的进展、改善预后必将取得一定的实效.%Chronic kidney disease is the main cause of renal failure.
