This paper discusses the content and principle of garment cutting table selection scheme design in garment production and analyzes the practical case of the scheme under different production requirements. The cutting efficiency is greatly improved in the production. Reasonable and feasible production guidance is put forward for the scheme design in garment cutting of mass production.%通过对服装生产加工中裁剪分床方案设计内容及方案设计原则的探讨，以及对多种不同生产要求下的裁剪分床方案实际案例进行了分析，使生产过程中有效提高裁剪效率，对服装批量生产裁剪工作的分床方案设计提出了合理可行的生产指导依据。
