To develop conference industry and to promote economic meeting in Xiamen priority to the development of industrial cluster,the local government must participate in and make corresponding policy to push conference industry to be a priority to the development of service industries in Xiamen.This paper analyzes the the macro environment and the industrial competition environment of conference industry in Xiamen,points out that the development of the present situation of the Xiamen conference industry.On the basis of fully surveying and studying,the main factors influencing development conference industry are summarized.ISM model is used to evaluated the conditions,the countermeasures are proposed.%大力发展会议产业,推动会议经济在厦门的优先发展,形成相应产业集群,需要政府参与并制定相应的政策。文章分析了厦门市发展会议产业的宏观环境和产业竞争环境以及厦门市会议产业的现状,根据分析的结果,在充分调研的基础上,总结出影响厦门市会议产业的主要因素,并运用ISM模型进行分析评价,在此基础上提出厦门市发展会议产业的对策。
