With the launch and development of small and medium enterprise and GEM,China's capital market structure is going further hierarchical.However,the market share of Anhui listed company is limited in the motherboard market,small and medium board and the GEM market,which severely restricted Anhui economic development.Therefore,how to improve the multi-level capital market and the financial efficiency of Anhui is particularly important.Based on the theory of capital markets and the establishment of a regression model,this paper comparative analyzed the equity financing data between Anhui and nationwide,combed the analysis framework of capital market problem which conform to the Anhui economic system and structure characteristics,and proposed the corresponding countermeasures and suggestions.%随着中小板、创业板的推出和发展,我国资本市场结构进一步层次化,但无论是在主板市场,还是中小板和创业板市场,安徽上市公司所占市场份额都十分有限,这种状况严重制约了安徽经济的发展。因此,深入研究如何完善多层次资本市场,提高安徽金融效率显得尤为重要。以资本市场理论为基础,通过建立回归模型,比较分析安徽与全国的股权融资数据,建立符合安徽经济体制和结构特点的资本市场发展问题分析框架,并提出相应的对策建议。
