基于群体动力理论,选取高职学生群体作为具体研究对象,从微观视角深入剖析高职学生网络群体性事件的内在机理与具象模型,进而创新性提出构建系统的"动态化"柔性处理机制,以期最大限度预防和控制高职学生网络群体性事件的负面影响,使其朝着积极健康的轨道发展.%Based on the theory of group dynamics,the students of higher vocational college are chosen as the research subject.From the microscopic perspective,we conduct an in-depth analysis of the internal mechanism and the concrete model of the network group events of vocational college students.And then we creatively propose a dynamic and flexible mechanism to construct the system so as to prevent and control the negative influence of the network group events of higher vocational students and guide them to develop on a healthy track.
