目的：对瑞典CellaVisionTM DM96全自动化数字细胞形态学分析系统（DM96）在外周血白细胞分类应用中的性能进行验证及评价。方法选取115例患者外周血标本经SP‐1000i制备成血涂片后，使用DM96对血涂片进行白细胞预分类，计算DM 96预分类与后分类的一致率，以及审核后的分类结果与人工显微镜下白细胞分类结果的相关性，并对该系统的重复性及图像质量进行评价。结果 DM96外周血白细胞分类结果与人工显微镜镜检有较好的一致性，仪器的重复性较好，细胞图像拍摄清晰。结论使用DM 96进行外周血白细胞分类有助于提高实验室形态学报告的一致性及工作效率，具有较好的临床应用价值。%Objective To evaluate the performance of automatic digital cell morphology analysis system Cel‐laVisionTM DM96 in white blood cell(WBC)classification .Methods A total of 115 blood smears were made and stained using SP‐1000i from 115 selected peripheral blood samples .Each blood smear was run on DM 96 and got the pre‐classification results ,then the pre‐classification results were reviewed by two qualified lab technicians and got the post‐classification results .Meanwhile ,each smear was reviewed under the microscope by those two lab technicians . Calculate the pre‐classification and post‐classification agreements of DM96 .Analyze the correlation between post‐classification and the manual differential results among different cell classes .Also ,the system repeatability of pre‐classification and the quality of the digital cell images were checked .Results The correlation between post‐classifica‐tion and the manual differential results was acceptable ,the repeatability of the system was very good ,and the cell im‐ages captured by the system had high resolution .Conclusion DM96 is helpful to improve the consistency of the mor‐phology of laboratory and working efficiency in peripheral blood leukocyte classification ,which has good clinical ap‐plication value .
