文章以甘肃省14个地级市为研究对象，以2002年—2014年的面板数据为基础，首先对R&D项目的相关投入要素和经济增长之间关系的相关研究成果进行了综述和总结，建立了评价甘肃省各个地级市R&D项目投入要素和经济增长之间关系的面板计量经济学模型，并对相关的面板数据进行单位根检验，最后对所构建的模型进行估计和评价，分析了甘肃省区域R&D投入对该地区经济增长的影响到底存在哪些差异。%This paper taking fourteen cities in Gansu province as the research object and based on the panel data of 2002-2014.Firstly,sum-marized the relevant research achievements between the R&D project inputs and economic growth,established the panel econometric model between the evaluation of each prefecture in Gansu province R&D project inputs and economic growth.More importantly,take On the panel data unit root test. finally,constructed the model estimation and evaluation,and analyzes the gansu province regional R&D investment affect the differences of region’s economic growth.
