某空间望远镜光机热集成分析

         

摘要

Integrated thermal-structural-optical analysis is an effective technique for optical and mechanical system de sign and developing. The technique has been used to analyze a spacebome telescope. Firstly,thermal analysis is car ried out with Ansys software. Then Zemike polynomial is used to transfer data from one program to another. An appli cation program is made with VC + + to implement Gram-schmidt orthogonalization. That makes up a comprehensive and intact analyzing process for optical system. Practice proves that this method is correct,reliable and effective. It is useful for the optical and mechanical design of systems such as telescope.%光机热集成分析技术是光学分析和结构分析相结合的一种有效手段.根据空间望远镜所处的环境,用有限元法在Ansys软件中进行热应力分析,通过接口工具Zernike多项式实现各个软件的数据交互.在VC++平台下编写了基于Gram-Schmidt正交化法的接口程序,将拟合后的多项式导入到Zemax中进行了分析.实现了光机集成分析的完整过程.实践证明,这一方法正确可靠,简化了光机热集成分析的过程,为光学系统和光机结构热匹配设计提供了重要设计依据.
