The epoxyreaction of lecithin was studied with strongly acidic cationic exchange resin as catalyst ,and the effects of the amount of catalyst used, reaction temperature , hydrogen peroxide concentration, etc. On the epoxyreaction was investigated. The result showed that the dosage of catalyst was 8% based on the mass of lecithin , reaction temperature was 60-65℃, H2O2 concentration was 40%, time was about 6 h.%以强酸性阳离子交换树脂作催化剂,对磷脂的环氧化反应作了研究,考察了反应温度、H2O2浓度、催化剂用量、反应时间对环氧化的影响.研究结果表明:催化剂用量为磷脂质量的8%,较适宜的反应温度为60~65℃,所使用H2O2的浓度应为40%,反应时间为6h.
