Taking Zhejiang grassroots service brand "Ai Shu Ba" of Huzhou Library as the research object, this paper introduces the construction of "Ai Shu Ba" since 2014, which has realized the breakthroughs in six aspects, including physical time and space, service functions, service mode, main body of management, mechanism con-struction and social effect. Furthermore, the paper explores further Ai Shu Ba from five aspects including ad-vanced strategic management, diversity of space design, and openness of resources investment, service operation standardization, and the timeliness of information publicity.%文章以浙江湖州市图书馆基层服务品牌“爱书吧”为研究对象,介绍2014年以来“爱书吧”的建设情况,实现了物理时空、服务功能、服务模式、管理主体、建设机制、社会成效六方面的突破,并就“爱书吧”良性发展探索从战略管理的超前性、空间设计的多元性、资源投入的开放性、服务运营的规范性、信息宣传的及时性五方面作进一步实践。
