分析国外数据管理专业教育兴起的背景，从培养目标、培养形式与要求、课程设置、职业发展几方面对国外16所高校数据管理专业人才培养实践进行调查与分析，总结其特点。我国需要借鉴国外数据管理专业人才培养的经验，积极开展数据管理教育，以提高学生的实践技能；创新培养形式，变革培养要求；注重应用性课程与跨学科课程的开设，并加强对学生就业与职业发展的指导。%This paper analyzes the background of foreign data management professional education, investigates the practice of 16 colleges and universities in the field of data management professional training from the training objectives, training forms and re-quirements, curriculum, professional development, and summarizes its characteristics. Our country should refer to the experience from foreign, carry out data management education actively;train objectives with the students' practical skills and professional de-velopment as the center;innovative training form, change training requirements;pay attention to setting up the practicability and interdisciplinary curriculum;strengthen the guidance of students' employment and career development.
