In the era of Internet and big data, it might be the best choice for a national-level library to construct a distributed self-built storage system of electronic library. This paper makes an analysis of the Russian National Electronic Library Project. It is found out that all kinds of digital resources are first produced by its members under a unified protocol, and then integrated by the Russian National Library through Internet so as to be provided for the readers. Such a mode of resource construction aims to build a unified electronic knowledge space with massive digital resources from libraries, archives and museums throughout the Russian Federation, and thus achieve the sharing of intellectual resources among the readers.%在互联网环境、大数据时代背景下,分布式自建存储资源建设模式是国家级电子知识库创建的明智选择.俄罗斯国家电子图书馆项目所采用的资源建设模式,其要点有二:一是电子资源的制作由各参与馆自行负责,并接受国家电子图书馆项目的协议规定;二是分散的资源由国家电子图书馆通过网络实现整合,并统一提供服务.这种资源建设模式旨在打造以数字化的图书、档案馆和博物馆资源为基础的全俄统一的电子知识空间,以期实现资源共建共享的新局面.
