“3号文”十大看点及对图书馆工作的启示

         

摘要

“3号文”明确了在线开放课程建课类型、与传统课堂的关系、建课方式、用课方式、建设主体、称号认定、平台选择、建设规模与时限要求、学分认定、引进与输出要求等十大关键问题。“3号文”的核心对象MOOC 与图书馆具有共同的内在逻辑起点:均为重要的教育机关,均有广泛的公益性,均以用户为中心,均注重应用。这些都为新时期图书馆工作尤其是高校图书馆工作提供了新的契机。参考文献14。%The Opinion of Ministry of Education on the Construction,Application,and Management of Open Online Course in Univer-sities and Colleges has ten main points:Types of course construction,relationship with traditional class,methods of course construc-tion,methods of course application,subject of construction course,title identification,choice of platform,scale of construction and time limit,credit identification,import and export requirements. MOOC,the core object of the document,has four common inherent logic starting points:all are important educational institutions,all have a wide range of public welfare,all are user centered,and all focus on application. These provide new opportunities for library work especially the work in universities and colleges. 14 refs.
