In this study, we established a new method to determine the efficiency of the inhibitor using HPLC- Fluorescence Detector. In this study, the monoamine oxidase was obtained from liver of Wistar male rat, and Kynuramine was used as substrate. We measured the enzyme repression of Pargyline and Clogyline that the commonly medicine used to treat mental disorder. Compared to other methods, this approach manipulates simple and safety, can detect the inhibition efficiency quickly.
