SSL2108X是NXP公司新近推出的一系列LED驱动控制高压集成电路,具体有SSL21081,SSL21082,SSL21083,SSL21084和SSL2109几种产品。除SSL2109是MOSFET功率开关管外置,可用于输出功率较大的应用场合外,SSL21081,SSL21082,SSL21083,SSL21084均内置MOSFET功率开关管,最大输出功率不大于15 W。所以根据具体输出功率和交流市电供电电压的不同,可以选用相应的控制集成电路。并且,根据需要电路可以工作于PWM调光或可控硅前沿相控/晶体管后沿相控调光工作模式。%SSL2108X is the new LED high voltage driver IC products produced by NXP, SSL2108X have SSL21081, SSL21082, SSL21083, SSL21084 and SSL2109 five kinds products. Except SSL2109 is power switch transistor not inside the IC, the other four kinds IC＇s （SSL21081/SSL21082/SSL21083/SSL21084） power switch transistor are inside the IC. In application one can according to the LED load＇ s power and AC input voltage to choice the IC. And finally depends on dimming requirements SSL2108X can work on the PWM dimming or forward phase （triae） dimming/reverse phase （transistor） working mode.
