This paper studies the “VP ‘zhe(着)’is j ust VP ‘zhe (着)’”construction in contem-porary spoken Chinese.Firstly,it points out the common features of this construction’s formation and meaning.Then it clarifies the semantic feature as “the abnormal condition of someone or some-thing”.According to the semantic and pragmatic features of this construction,its semantic mecha-nism can be summarized as “to activate people’s cognitive recognition of the normal condition of someone or something,thus to demonstrate the contrast with the current abnormal condition’.The implied abnormality is the excuse and evidence of the way people are dealing or will deal with someone or something.Finally this paper summarizes the semantic features of this construction.%文章专门研究汉语的口语构式“VP着也是VP着”。文章首先指出了其构式的构造与表意上的共性特点，特别是其构式要素“VP”的语义特征，将其构式义概括为“确认人或物现时的非正常效用状态”。根据“VP着也是VP着”的构式义及构式的使用语境，将构式的表意机制概括为：以激活人们对人或物正常效用的基本认知条件的方式来造成与当下存在着的非正常效用的人或物的对比效应，暗示“VP着”所描述状态的不正常性与不合理性，为既有的或即将！出的对人或物的权宜处置寻找借口与依据。最后，文章对构式表意特点进行了总结。
